FW: Health Practice Stand 1 min on 1 leg with Your eyes closed

Introducing a simple and effective health exercise.  The most important part of this exercise is your eyes MUST BE CLOSED during the practice. The exercise is very simple, what you need to do is only stand with one leg (Jin Ji Du Li in Chinese) as the above picture. If you unable to stand for more than 10 seconds that mean your body is at the age of 60 to 70 years old level. Slightly closed both eyes. Jin Ji Du Li is recommended practice by health specialist Zhong Li Ba Ren.

Theory behind the Exercise

Zhong Li Ba Ren said that according to the Chinese physician understanding, our body organs are interconnected or coordinating with each other. Diseases appear is because of coordination in the various internal organs encounter problems which causing our body loses its balance (Yin Yang in Chinese Term). He also pointed out that there are six important meridians passing through our legs. Those meridians have inter-relation and have significant effect on our body organs. Standing with a single leg, the weak meridian will feel pain due to whole of our body weight focus on one leg. However, this will help strengthen the weak meridian. Through the practice, it helps readjust the inter-relationship of our body organs and balance back our body.  He said that at beginning many people can’t even practice it for more than 5 seconds. However, through continue practice, they are able to stand for more than 2 minutes.
