Hot Air Ventialation Problem of the O.T Room Air Conditioning

Problem:
Air conditioning (Carrier) for the operation theater room (OT) not cold enough and can’t meet the requirement to achieve temperature of 18 degree Celsius.

The off coil temperature is too high (20.4 degree Celsius)
Flow rate or cubic feet per minute (CFM) of the air conditioning not able to achieve the designed specification CFM
